to book a film via the New Park Cinema website.

N.B. If you are booking tickets without logging in, you can
skip the Friends' specific part of the video (from 2m30s to 4m30s).



Confirmation Email:
Once you have booked your ticket/s online, you will receive
an Automated Confirmation Email which you can use as your ticket/s.

FAQ


Why am I not receiving my Friends' Discount?

1- You may not be logged in with the correct details.
Click on 'Email Password' at the Log In screen
and your Password will be emailed to you.
(Please Email the Box Office directly - or call - if that does not work).

2- You may not have selected the 'Friend's name
from the drop down box on the Discounts Page;
or perhaps you did not click on
'Apply Membership Discounts' on that same page.

3- Your Friends' Membership may Expire before the
date of screening of the film you are booking.


Why have I not received an Email Confirmation?

1- You may have incorrectly typed your email address
on the Payments page.

2- The Confirmation Email may have gone into your Junk Email folder.
