The 2021 edition, back after a Covid-related break, will see over 120 films throughout 21 days of the best in cinema on the South Coast.

The 2019 Chichester Film Festival was awarded Event of the Year at the Sussex Life Awards, eclipsing the world-famous Glyndebourne Opera. Artistic Director Roger Gibson was presented with the award, and says: “Needless to say, I never thought that we’d beat Glyndebourne and I thank all those involved in the Sussex Life Awards. It was like comparing a nursery school to a university.”

With a huge variety of films to choose from, and the most number of UK Premieres in the Festival's history, this is set to be the best Festival yet.
