Ridley Scott brings us three decades of love betrayal, decadence, revenge and ultimately murder with an all-star cast.
Starring Adam Driver as Maurizio and Lady Gaga as Patrizia, 'House of Gucci' follows their story from their marriage to the divorce, Maurizio inheriting the brand after his father's death, and Maurizio's murder in 1995, when he was shot and killed on the steps of his Milan office. It all leads up to Patrizia's (aka the "Black Widow") trial. It appears that the devil, in fact, does not wear Prada.
Based on Sara Gay Forden’s book 'The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder Madness, Glamour, and Greed' which is as apt a description as you’re likely to read. Great support from Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons, Salma Hayek and Jared Leto.
