A GREENER SCREEN

In Detail

Exasperated dad-of-two and filmmaker David Bond has had enough. Any attempts to tempt his kids into the great outdoors are met with sulks and resistance.

Screen time is their favourite time! But armed with his trusty suitcase of tricks, the concern that our children are getting more and more disconnected from nature, and his sheer determination to succeed, he sets off on a nationwide quest to make wild play more appealing to youngsters.

Appointing himself marketing director of ‘Nature’, he attempts a total rebrand. This is a delightful, extremely funny, highly entertaining and thought-provoking film which led to the influential Wild Network movement.

One reviewer said it was as if David Attenborough and Morgan Spurlock got drunk and had a baby.

All profits from this screening will go to The Wild Network

The Chichester-based ‘Parents for Future’ will be at the screening to talk about what’s happening for children locally.
