NEW PROCESS FOR RETURNING TICKETS

There is a new process in operation when you return a cinema ticket

When returning a ticket for a film – keep in mind that you may do so up to 24 hours before your screening – you would have previously received a Credit Note in the form of a 10-digit code, which you needed to later redeem so as to receive your new ticket.

Going forward, all new returns will be added to a Customer Credit Account in your name which you can easily access when booking online, and the box office staff can access just as easily.

No more fumbling around the ‘man-drawer’ looking for old credit notes!

Please note that any previous Credit Notes received for returned tickets will still be valid, but cannot be added to the Customer Credit account.
