She is in the midst of a painful break-up with Aidan (Rory Fleck Byrne) when she meets fellow self-destructor Ian (Chris Fulton). The two beautiful strangers unpack their respective emotional baggage during an intense and lively weekend in Scotland.

Returning to London they continue to pursue their separate, troubled lives, but both know they have to face their past before they are ready to meet again and deal with the future.

This hopeful film, fused with a yearning melancholy, is about closure and finding beauty in the sadness of its characters, in the luscious landscape of Scotland, in the frenzy of London, and in how fate intervenes and intertwines around our relationships.
